So I have finished up with the Snowboard World champs in Norway a few days ago.

Sorry I haven’t updated earlier but I literally had to jump on a plane the next morning after the event to be back over to North America to get to the Stoneham, Canada World Cup.

But I ended up finishing 5th overall at world champs so I was super happy with how it all played out. It was a absolute marathon of a event, I had to compete 4 times over about 6 days. But really really happy, the level of riding was unreal and I was pumped to be there and getting amongst it with the worlds best.

Congratulations to I-Pod, Matt ladly and Louie Vito on the podium finishes.

So I have just finished up with qualifications and Semifinals.

That semi finals heat 2 was the toughest heat all season, the level of riding from everyone was incredible.

I was Pumped to get that first run down in Semi’s, didn’t improve on it which was a bummer. I wanted to step it up with a back 10 down the bottom. But stoked to be through to Finals on saturday night.  And can’t wait to get after it.

Getting some sun and surfing in hawaii has recharged the batteries and I’m ready to get after it at this event. I had Pre-quals yesterday and ended up qualifying 1st in my heat so I’m through to the next round.

So I just got back from being over in hawaii. I was over there having a little break and doing some surfing in between competitions.

I put together a short clip from the trip. I didn’t end up filming as much as i was hoping to cause I was busy surfing. But I was lucky enough to be there when the Volcom Pipe Pro was running. So I filmed a few waves from some of the heats for you to check out.

Whilst i was at X Games I got chatting to the good lads at Contour and ended up doing a little bit of filming for them for the Contour Youtube channel. Here is the Footage and edit they put together from the day of riding at X.

The Contour+ was a great camera to use, the quality was unreal as you will see. Really easy to record, just a slide of the button & you’re recording hassle free. I’d highly recommend one for any buyers looking for a great action sports camera.

I got abit sick at the beginning of the trip and didn’t really come good until the end of our stay, and I was also having abit of trouble adapting to how verty the pipe was. But it was a great experience for me and hopefully next year ill be in the main show. Anyways here are a few mellow runs i took with my new contour+ . Hope you enjoy it, cause i sure as hell did.

A few days ago belmore, CP, Rothy, Jarryd and myself decided to head to A Basin to try score some pow turns after it had been snowing for a few days in Colorado.We Scored some fun turns until Ski Patrol pulled us up at the bottom after our very first run and pulled our passes, “Apparently we were riding in outer bounds terrain” . I took the go pro to try score some runs and ended up only filming the one. So Here is some of the footage we took from the one & only run.

Sorry i have been a little lazy with the updates lately.

Here is a short clip i put together of me doing a couple laps through breck’s pipe over a week ago. I would of put more footage together but the weather has been real bad the past week and i haven’t had a chance to do anymore filming.

But….Im heading to Aspen next week for X Games so stay tuned for some head cam footage at Buttermilks pipe. I can not wait to go send a few airs at Xgames.

So i just finished up with the Dew Tour today. I made it through to semi-finals but thats where it ended. I was feeling pretty good through training over the past few days. I sketched on both my runs and ended up finishing 19th overall . Not as good as I was hoping to finish, but thats competition.

But I’m still really happy I got a lot out of the past month over here in Colorado, my riding is feeling stronger than ever and I am really looking forward to the season ahead and working on some new runs.

Not a bad start to the season, could of been better. But I think it can only get better from here.

Im heading back home to Aus for Xmas on the 19th so i won’t be putting up any new blogs till i get back oversea’s on the 3rd. So stay tuned for some Go Pro edits to come.
